A Home Staging Consultation lasts 2 – 3 hours depending on the size of the property and the amount of recommendations required.  Leanne will come to your home and do an initial “walkabout” to get a sense of your entire property, its layout, and target market. She'll then take a more focused look at each room and discuss with you various recommendations and “quick changes” that you can make.

Leanne will offer suggestions using your current furniture and accessories but will also discuss potentially renting or purchasing items in order to provide maximum appeal.  She'll then head back to her office to generate a comprehensive report that you’ll receive within 1 day outlining her recommendations. You’ll also receive a quote for her Home Staging services so that you may decide if you’d like to implement her recommended changes yourself, or hire her to take the burden off of your shoulders and professionally stage it for you.
